Return Conditions

We can accept returns and exchanges as long as the product:

  • Is not torn, stained, or damaged.
  • Is in the same condition as received.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers cover the return shipping fees.
  • Once the returned piece is received and inspected, you’ll be refunded the product price (excluding shipping).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right — either by resending your piece for free or offering a full refund.
